Your best bets for semi-bolt-on forward controls are Seeger Cycle, Planet Cruiser, or one of the other big name metric parts houses (maybe Cobra, but I'm not too pleased with their parts).
I'm 6'2", and find the stock peg location is acceptable after redesigning the seat and adding taller bars. Much cheaper than forward controls.
